At the August 21 staff convocation meeting, Superintendent Dr. Jennifer Penczarski revealed the 2023-24 school year theme: “CF Together.”
“This theme encapsulates our belief that collaboration and unity are the cornerstones of our success,” said Penczarski. “Everyone possesses a unique genius, a distinctive talent that contributes to the mosaic of learning within our schools. Our culture celebrates this diversity, and it empowers every individual to make a meaningful impact on our students, staff, families, and the broader school community.”
The power of "CF Together" lies in our collective efforts, according to Penczarski. “It's about recognizing that great achievements are born when we put the team first, when we collaborate and share our expertise, when we support one another's growth, and when we work harmoniously to achieve common goals.”
This academic year, Chagrin Falls Schools will continue to nurture an environment where innovation thrives, where every voice is heard, and where the power of collaboration is cherished.
“Together, we can create learning experiences that inspire, uplift, and prepare our students for a future that encourages all to grow and thrive,” concluded Penczarski.
