Jarrod Mulheman joined Chagrin Falls Schools as director of student advancement in August 2022. In this role, Mr. Muhleman advances academic initiatives to support continuous student improvement, creates meaningful experience-based educational opportunities, as well as fosters social and extracurricular connections.

Prior to joining Chagrin Falls Schools, Mr. Mulheman was associate principal of Mayfield High School at Mayfield City Schools.  He also was the high school assistant principal for curriculum, instruction and staff development. 

Mr. Mulheman has a Bachelors of Science in Education from Kent State University, a Master of Education in School Counseling from John Carroll University, and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Ursuline College.  He is a part-time instructor at Cleveland State University for the Counseling, Administration, Supervision and Adult Learning Department.

He is a member of several professional education organizations and serves on various committee work in the areas of instructional leadership, literacy framework, English language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, technology and high school scheduling.
