Facilities Rental - Use of District Premises
Our buildings and grounds are valuable community assets. The board policy and forms below explain how civic and community groups can apply for a Facility Rental Application for Permit of district facilities. Requests are completed using the below forms and guidelines for use and application must adhere to Board Policy - Use of District Premises posted below.
Your reservation will be confirmed after your Facility Rental Application for Permit is reviewed and approved and we are in receipt of your insurance information and down payment.

If you choose to reserve space in our buildings, please keep in mind that fees may be charged to offset associated custodial costs. Any organization using district facilities must meet insurance requirements and have a current Certificate of Insurance on file with the District.
